2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for any orders.
Customers can make payments exclusively through the CCavenue payment gateway integrated on our official websites.

3. PAYMENT PROCESS AND SECURITY

• Customers will receive an instant order confirmation via email upon successful payment.
• We do not store any card details or sensitive payment information.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRANSACTION FAILURE

A. Successful Payment:

• Once the payment is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email & invoice.
• The order will be moved to processing and shipping as per our shipping policy.

B. Failed/Declined Transactions:

• If your payment fails, ensure that:

  • The entered details are correct.

5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• No refunds will be issued for successfully completed payments unless the order is canceled before shipping.

• We do not provide refunds for digital services like energy readings, astrology consultations, and healing services.

• If any fraudulent transaction is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and report it to the authorities.
